A focused, two-day hands-on course to provide comprehensive training in the theory and practical skills required for the repair of small and medium-sized vehicle panels. Upon completion, students will have gained the knowledge and ability to perform high-quality panel repairs, ensuring vehicle safety, aesthetics, and structural integrity.

  • Duration: 2 days (classroom + extended practical sessions).
  • Emphasis on safety, PPE and pre-operation checks.
  • In-depth use of the Miracle System: Stud Welder, Easy Puller, Lever Puller, Strong Puller, Line Puller, Hammers, Hand Puller, and Slide Hammer.
  • Damage analysis & repair planning: assessing repair vs replacement, mapping damage, and choosing the correct strategy and tools for the repair.
  • Repair techniques covered from roughing out to metal finish: Selecting the correct key shape, key placement and use.  Repairing scrapes, restoring body lines, reducing over-pulling, shrinking high spots, and eliminating oil canning. 

Hands-on Training & Certification

  • Practical exercises using real panels under the guidance of an expert instructor.
  • Exercises include several common dents that present themselves in today's collision shops.
  • Assessment: Written review + instructor competency checks to confirm technique, safety and finish quality. Successful participants receive an Area22 certificate.
